    SOLD

1/6 Plate Tintype of Armed Zouave Soldier.  It comes in a Thermoplastic case that is nice.  The backdrop is a known NJ backdrop.

This soldier is standing with a 58 caliber rifle musket.  He wears the uniform of the 33rd New Jersey Infantry.  I have attached a image done by artist Don Troiani of a member of the 33rd New Jersey for comparison.  His jacket has the curved front with no buttons.  There is trim on the jacket edge and on the upper part of his pants.  He wears a belt over a sash.
