P1861 CARTRIDGE BOX UNMARKED

P1861 Cartridge Box  SOLD

This Box looks like a battlefield pickup or a barn find.  The leather is pretty stiff like it sat out in the rain.  The flap is in a lifted up position.  The box itself is a P1861 with rivets on the waist belt loops.  There are no tins.  The buckles and finial are missing.  The leather while stiff, looks stable.  There is no makers name.
