P1856 Saber Bayonet - Chavasse

This saber bayonet is the type produced at the start of the war.  Chavasse is a secondary Confederate producer.  The firm ended up bankrupt from supplying so much arms and equipment to the south, and not receiving full payment.

This example is better that normal with strong complete scabbard.  This bayonet fits the lug with a guide in front of the bayonet lug.
