P1856 Efield Saber Bayonet Type 1.         SOLD

CS Numbered

This bayonet is numbered on the pommel "233" in hand engraved numbers. The slot is a type 1 bayonet lug with the guide in front of the lug.  It is marked on the blade with the knights head and an inspectors mark.  The scabbard is complete and solid thought the leather has some flaking.  The condition of the bayonet is clean and nice.  The gutta percha grips do not show much wear.
