COLT 1851 NAVY - High Finish

COLT 1851 NAVY    SOLD

This colt was made in 1863 and in excellent condition.  This pistol shows very little use.  The barrel has 80 to 90 % bluing.  The frame has 60 to 80 % color casehardening.  The lever has similar levels of case colors.  The cylinder has most if not all of the scene present.  Very little of the bluing remains on the cylinder.  The edges are sharp and all the markings are deep.  The action is crisp and the grips have most of the original varnish.
