AMES 1850 FOOT OFFICERS SWORD

Ames Model 1850 Foot Officers Sword Mounted - Metal Scabbard.  SOLD

This sword is the regulation sword for Captains and Lieutenants.  The blade is etched with decorative motifs and the Ames name.  The metal scabbard has the Ames mark on the top ring mount.  The metal is grey and the etching is clear.  The grip has the origional sharkskin wrapping and wire.  There is some wear to the grip.
