1863 CONFEDERATE ARMY REGULATIONS 

This example was printed in Richmond by J W Randolph.  It has a note on the inside of the front cover " Edward Sellers....  Dec 31, 1864..    taken from Hoods pontoon train 12:00 pm " 

Edward was a captain in the 15th Penn Cavalry and they were part of the force chasing Hood's army after the battle of Nashville.
