1860 COLT ARMY

COLT 1860 ARMY.  SOLD

This army was produced in 1862 and purchased by the US Army and arrived in time to see service.  

The numbers match, except for the wedge.  The action is solid and the metal is a pleasing grey color.  There is some scene left.  The Colt address is good and readable on the barrel.  The metal is smooth and a medium grey color.

The grips are solid with a good outline of a cartouche on both sides.  

This colt saw service and is a good solid example of the popular pistol
