1795 US SOCKET BAYONET

1795 US SOCKET BAYONET  SOLD

This socket bayonet has an L mortice with a bridge.  The socket is 2 3/4" long and a smooth even brown patenia.  The socket is unmarked.  The blade is about 14 1/2" long and is a nice grey color.  There is a short face flute.  The bayonet is for a 69 caliber musket.   SOLD
