SMITH PATENT - DOUBLE BORDER SHOULDER STRAPS

Smith Patent Shoulder straps. SOLD

The Smith Patent straps have a stamped metal border with a cloth insert.  They were popular and less expensive than the bullion straps.  These straps are 1 3/4" wide and 4 1/2" long.  They are curved with a tin backing and little loops for attaching.  I have a hard time deciding which color it appears to be.  It looks yellow but there is a hint of blue.  That could be the faded yellow.   There is some damage to the fabric insert.  SOLD
