Your satisfaction is important.  Our goal is to provide an accurate description and high quality pictures.  I know what it is like to receive an items that perhaps the dealer leveraged the description.  I tend to understate the condition.  I want you to be pleased when you open the box or pick it up.  When is come to percentages of finish on a firearm, I am hesitant to offer percentages of finish.  Please feel free to contact me with questions. 

I offer a 5 day return policy if you return it in the condition it left.  If you alter it it is yours to keep.  

I do accept most forms of payment.  Electronic payment, money or personal check. With a personal check I will wait for the check to clear.   While Antique Firearms are classified by the Federal Government Paypal does not allow their services to be used to purchase firearms.   

Confederate items are a special area and one I am interested in.  There is the old quote about if it whistles Dixie late a night in your ear....  My intent is to be on the cautious side.  Items I list as confederate I have shown to several experts so I feel comfortable in offering it as Confederate.  .  

Also all firearms are sold as antiques and not considered safe for firing.  As I deal in only antique firearms I do not have a Federal Firearms License.  You need to be familiar with your states laws concerning antique firearms.  

Sales Taxes.  I am a resident of West Virginia and if you live in Texas I am required to collect West Virginia Sales Tax.  If I am shipping out of state then Sales Tax is not required.  

Customer pays for shipping.  Normally I ground or priority mail.  We can talk about different shipping options. And if you want insurance that is extra as well.  I use USPS and UPS primarily, but if you prefer someone else or faster shipping let me know.
