ARTILLERY CAPTAIN' S SHOULDER STRAPS

This pair is 4 1/4" x 1 5/8" and has a red background for artillery.  There is some insect damage but the straps are solid.  A couple of the little strands of metal are loose on the edge but the single border and rank are solid and complete.  These look to have been worn as well.
